The PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals practice examination is designed to assess candidates' foundational knowledge of how Microsoft Power Platform technologies — Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Copilot/generative AI features — can be used to build low-code business solutions.
The examination covers important areas such as Business Value of Microsoft Power Platform, Managing the Power Platform Environment, Capabilities of Power Apps, Capabilities of Power Automate, and Capabilities of Power Pages.
Candidates are expected to demonstrate accurate recall of Power Platform terminology, sound judgement in selecting the appropriate service or component for a given business scenario, and a working understanding of how these services and Dataverse combine to deliver end-to-end low-code solutions.
